OUR EVENTS
AHD is the perfect space for a bridal or baby shower, afternoon tea, small birthday gathering or just a light dinner with friends! Our goal is to provide a space for you to enjoy your event providing you with snacks, food, dessert, coffee, decor, & more! Scroll to see room rates, add ons, and per person plating fees.
Price List
*Events may only be held on Sunday after 4pm at our Cheat Lake location! Please submit a form at the bottom of the page for any inquires*
Room Fee- per hour
$200
In addition to the room itself, this includes changing our sign to whatever you request, providing a custom sign saying "Welcome to (your event name)", plasticware, plates, napkins, cups, two employees to help set up/tear down.
Per Person Fee
$20
This is a per person price in addition to the room fee. This price will reflect the amount of food, drinks & dessert from the menu below that we will provide for your event.

PHOTOGRAPHY $100
This includes professional photography of your event for one hour as well as professional editing and the images sent to your email.
CUSTOM MENUS $20
This is a great addition to any event to enhance the aesthetic and overall look of the space. It will also include place settings at each seat with a charger and linen holding the menu.
BARISTAS ON DUTY $75
This includes two baristas on duty for the length of your event. This will allow your guests to order any drink from our menu.
CUSTOM COOKIES $48/dz
The most beautiful custom cookies by @loveatfirstbite_wv! She is an amazing artist who will create cookies to go along with any theme you choose.
